The United States has information that Iran is preparing to launch a ballistic missile attack on Israel, a senior White House official said on Tuesday, quoted by Reuters.
The United States is actively supporting preparations to defend Israel against such an attack, the official said.
According to him, Iran’s missile attack could be as big or even bigger than the one in the month of April, although for now there are still no certain indications.
“A direct military attack by Iran against Israel would have severe consequences for Iran,” the official said.
