PRINSENBEEK – Three people have died due to a collision on the A16 near Prinsenbeek (North Brabant), the police report. According to the police, a wrong-way driver collided with another vehicle.
Another three people were injured. In addition, a dog would also have died. The injured were taken to hospital by ambulance. An air ambulance was also deployed.
The road has been closed at the scene and police are investigating. The road will remain closed to traffic during the investigation. Due to the seriousness of the incident, the emergency services involved are offered aftercare.
Police expect to be able to say more in the course of Monday.
