The shooting incident occurred around 4:50 AM at a residence on Zevenkampsering in the Prins Alexander district of North Rotterdam.
The police arrested two other men who were also present in the home. Their involvement in the incident is still under investigation.
It remains unclear what the relationship was between the suspects and the victim. The police are continuing to investigate the case.
