SCHIPHOL – Customs found about 300 kilos of cocaine at Schiphol in a cargo shipment from Mexico. The drugs found on Sunday were hidden in plates used to transport cargo, Customs reports Monday. According to customs, the coke has a street value of more than 30 million euros.
The narcotics have now been destroyed, Customs reports. The case is being further investigated by customs, the FIOD and the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee.
