At least four people have been killed in Russian attacks on Ukraine, including strikes on residential areas in Kyiv and Dnipro. In Kyiv, a drone hit an apartment building, while in the southern city of Dnipro, several apartment complexes and a medical facility were targeted.
The air raid sirens in Kyiv sounded around 20:00 (Dutch time) last night, followed by explosions half an hour later. A 15-year-old girl was killed in the attack, according to the city’s mayor.
Emergency services report that several apartments were damaged, and a fire broke out on the 20th floor of the building. Approximately 100 residents were evacuated, with five people injured; one required hospitalization.
In Dnipro, three people, including a child, lost their lives, as reported by the regional governor. The attack partially destroyed a two-story house and damaged several other apartments. Nineteen people sustained injuries.
