The 49-year-old Clarke came under scrutiny just last month for his lawsuit against The Guardian. The 49-year-old actor accused the newspaper of defamation following reports accusing him of sexual misconduct. He lost that case. It was previously announced that Clarke must pay three million pounds to the newspaper for the legal costs of the case.
