Among the 120 new sexual misconduct allegations against rapper Diddy, 25 are also minors, attorney Tony Buzbee said Tuesday during a press conference. The attorney represents more than a hundred clients, he said, according to entertainment website TMZ.
“I want to focus on the age of these victims. When we’re talking about their age when the conduct occurred, it’s shocking,” the attorney said. He said Diddy’s youngest alleged victim at the time was 9. All of the alleged victims, roughly equal numbers of men and women, wanted to pursue a career in music, according to Buzbee. The events allegedly occurred over the past 30 years.
Sean Combs, 54, as the artist is really called, was arrested last month in New York. He is suspected of human trafficking, forcing sexual acts and running a criminal organization. He himself denies all accusations.
Buzbee also stated Tuesday that a lot of evidence has been collected in the form of photos, text messages and videos. In addition, ‘many powerful people’ are said to have cooperated with Combs’ practices.
