Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef Marinade:

    • Set your air fryer to 190°C (375°F) and preheat for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Season the Broccoli:
    • In a separate bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook the Broccoli:
    • Place the broccoli in the air fryer basket and cook for 5–7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Remove and set aside.
  5. Cook the Beef:
    • Arrange the marinated beef in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed). Air fry for 5–7 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping the pieces halfway through.
  6. Combine and Heat Together:
    • Once the beef is cooked, add the broccoli back into the air fryer basket with the beef. Air fry for an additional 2 minutes to heat everything through and combine the flavors.
  7. Serve:
    • Transfer the beef and broccoli to a serving dish. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
