Two new assets have been given to Arrow Capital Partners in Nieuw-Vennep in the Netherlands due to the EUR3 billion Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) platform.
Arrow Capital Partners is both an operator and investor of real estate in Asia-Pacific and Europe.
Nieuw-Vennep is located near Schiphhol Airport and south-west of Amsterdam Central Station, respectively by 13km and 30km.
The assets include:
Pesetaweg 20 – created back in 2004, and it supplies modern logistics space of 4,218 sqm. It is rented to a Chinese company called Nederland Express, which supplies logistics services between the Netherlands and China. Before this, the asset was held by Kuehne & Nagel.
Noorderdreef 67-78 – created in 1983, and just recently it has been restored by supplying light industrial space of roughly 5,937 sqm. It is rented out to 4 inhabitants including a fashion retailer and a logistic provider.

They continue our investment in light industrial and logistics assets which are benefiting from a scarcity of supply and growing occupational demand.
“We are actively growing our team and accelerating our deployment of capital in the Benelux as a whole, with a large pipeline of opportunities in place. In the Netherlands alone, our portfolio and pipeline now comprise more than EUR200 million in assets and, over the next three years, we intend to invest a further EUR400 million in the Benelux, including assets with income, vacancy or refurbishment potential, as well as ground up development opportunities.”
